Our youth program for years 7 to 13 provides a time of worship and teaching that is appropriate and engaging for your young person and aims to help them discover how to go deeper with God. All our groups are run by staff or volunteers who have been DBS checked and appointed according to our safeguarding policy and procedures.

Sundays

On a typical Sunday morning, young people will leave the main service at 11am along with the children. Please ask your young person to follow the crowd through the church door that leads into Wells Place Centre and someone will direct them to Pulse Lite. If there is anything you feel we should know in order to look after your young person, please come with them and speak to a member of staff in the room or contact us in advance to let us know.

After the evening service (other than the last Sunday of the month), young people in years 9-13 meet for Sunday Night Social either at church or in our Youth Minister's home nearby until 9.30pm.

On the last Sunday evening of the month, young people plan and lead the Pulse service that happens on that evening.

Weekdays

Alive
Years 7-13
Meets on Monday
evenings during term time.

Alive is a bible study group for years 7 - 11. The evening follows a programme based on the four Ws. Welcome, Worship, Word and Witness, usually in that order. The session begins by meeting together and sharing a dessert. The adult leaders often prepare the worship activity and then the young people take over and provide the bible study parts of word and witness. The subjects for study are chosen by the young people in consultation with the leaders. Once a month the leaders lead a study session on a more challenging issue.

Friday Night Project
Meets every other Friday

Friday Night Project is a youth club for year 7 upwards. There are games, films and other activities and is a great place for kids to just hang out with their friends. Please see the church calendar for dates.

Girl's Brigade
Girls aged 5-16
Meets Wednesdays in term time

The Girls’ Brigade is a nationally recognised body. Their motto is to “Seek, Serve & Follow Christ”. 1st Eastleigh Girls’ Brigade meets every Wednesday evening during term time at either 6.15pm or 7.30pm depending on the age of your child.
